Who I am
Since the early 80's and for a very good time now, I have made good customer services a core part of my employment services. As a result, I am dependably experienced in dealing with a broad range of end user and customer's requests, and in resolving queries to mutually agreed standards in order to meet other's expectations and to improve work related services.
I am experienced in monitoring, initiating and servicing work functions in order to minimise errors and prevent disorderliness. I am experienced in identifying opportunities and in liaising with others as appropriate to meet individual customer and whole organisational needs. My determination to succeed in my endeavors coupled with my success recordsets more than appropriately describes a driven achievement orientation and result goal setter who would stop at nothing until the objective is achieved. Moreover, I always achieve my set objectives.
I am an experienced customer services practitioner: able to juggle complex processes and manage a variety of changing priorities. I possess good judgment sense: in recognising when to seek assistance, or, in liaising with appropriate staff, officers and or teammates.
I am smart and self-reliant, confident and eloquent. I have an outgoing personality. I am able to make good decision while thinking on my feet. I deal pro-actively with job related issues while positively working around job pressures or stress. I am someone whom people fully trust instinctively and naturally.
My portfolio achievements include many Blue Chip organisations here in the United Kingdom and overseas with whom I have worked, acquired knowledge and experience, and had established an enduring legacy. I have setup wholesome Information Technology networks and infrastructures on different operating systems and software applications for different organisations and for different purposes. I have worked in diverse fields of endeavors including Journalism and Accountancy and made significant contributions.
At the moment, my eyes are set on the horizon for new challenges and opportunities...
